30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • In the same condition that you received it.
  • In its original packaging, with all original tags still attached.

Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alterations, or are missing original tags and packaging, will not be accepted for return.

Non-Returnable Items

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for the return.

Once your return request is approved, Vonzelo LLC will provide a prepaid return shipping label via email, along with instructions on how to package and send your item back to us. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or without first contacting us, as unauthorized returns may not be processed.

Return Shipping

Vonzelo LLC is happy to cover the cost of return shipping. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label for all eligible returns.

Restocking Fee

We believe in a transparent and fair return process. Therefore, Vonzelo LLC does not charge any restocking fees for returns.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. Please remember that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return for the original item for a refund, and then place a new order for the desired item on our website, https://vonzelo.com.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately within 7 days of receiving your order at support@vonzelo.com or +1 360-754-8000. Provide your order number and clear photos of the item's condition or the incorrect item received. We will work quickly to resolve the issue, either by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund, including return shipping costs.
